Methods To Apply Sunscreen



Are you applying enough sunscreen? we need to apply too little sunscreen.It is believed that the average adult requires approximately two milligrams of sunscreen to protect one square centimeter of skin, so it is estimated that you should use about 35ml on your body. This is about the quantity of a shot glass full.
The following areas are often forgotten when applying sunscreen.
Behind your knees
If you apply sunscreen while sitting down, then it is easy to forget this area. Try applying sunscreen while standing upright or cover this area when covering the knees so it is not forgotten.
 Hands
Our hands are also exposed to to sun and should be covered with sunscreen, even though most people tend to overlook this area.
Ears
Now how many of us are diligent in applying sunscreen to the tops our ears? If you have short hair or wear your hair up, your ears are exposed to the sun. So hear this – cover up and protect your ears!
Scalp
Wear a good hat when in the sun. According to a study a melanoma on the scalp or neck results in death more faster than melanoma that appears elsewhere on the body.Remember to reapply sunscreen every two hours, especially if you’re swimming and sweating.
